  The person who attended me, gave me a wrong information that's why I didn't apply in that office, I had to apply in another city and I live in Alhambra, she didn't do anything to help specially that was my first time there to apply for my social security.
  
  I felt that they don't care about you, because they know that you need of them so that's mean that you have to be like submissive and allow them to treating you however they want.
  
  Really bad customer service.
